Regional Manager

If you enjoy challenges and are always looking for results, then apply for our Regional Manager position. The Regional Manager is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 8 properties. The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their properties, including staff management and recruiting, property oversight, analyzing day-to-day operations, budgeting, expense control, compliance and elevated conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Multi-site experience
  • Subsidized or tax credit experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to evaluate, hire and retain excellent employees
  • Excellent communication skills
