Maintenance Technician

technicians at various properties in Wayne, Oakland,
Livingston and Genesee Counties.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for
assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the
property including processing all resident service
requests in a timely manner, perform preventative
maintenance duties and unit inspections, troubleshoot
and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and landscaping
items, and performing turnover of apartment units. The
Maintenance Technician is also responsible for the
cleaning and upkeep of the community building, laundry
room and any interior common areas.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance technician experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC
(preferred), plumbing, carpentry and landscaping
items
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
