Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the
overall maintenance of the site and for supervision of
the Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper. The
Maintenance Supervisor must maintain the community,
process all service requests and perform them in a
timely manner, perform scheduled maintenance duties,
perform turnover of apartments, price and engage outside
contractors when necessary and be available for
emergency calls 24 hours per day/7 days per week.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance technician experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC
(preferred), plumbing, carpentry and landscaping
items
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Ability to supervise a maintenance staff of 1-3
employees
